healthy life
Introduction
The project is about India, in this case in particular India's healthy life. Is India in general healthy? And what can demonstrate that? This project not only offers the opportunity to get to know India better, but it also gives a chance to actually and gradually know how India's lifestyle is put together. Moreover, remarkable differences between the lifestyle in the Netherlands and India will be examined. The main research question is: To what extent has the general lifestyle of the family changed to either more or less healthy? Whether this is more or less will be eventually investigated. The project also includes the following sub questions:
· How has the food that is served changed?
· How has the place where the food was bought, changed?
· How has the practice of sports changed?
· How has the role of the school in children’s physical wellbeing changed?
Answers to these questions will come forth in the course of the project. This will be investigated by conducting interviews. Four parents and grandparents will be interviewed by several members. The list indicates the interviewed parents and grandparents.
(4) Parents:
Parent 1: Anouk, 52 years old, female. (Lois)
Parent 2: Ammar 48 years old, male. (Umul)
Parent 3: Ban, 43 years old, female. (Umul)
Parent 4: Johan, 51 years old, male. (Isis)

Grandparent 4: Bep, 90 years old, female. (Isis)
The interviews will give a better insight of what the (grand)parents have experienced, the food they used to eat, and the variety of sports they did in order to stay fit, and in what ways this has benefited them. Overall, a clear overview to what extent the general lifestyle of the family has changed to.
