Reflection
Reflecting on this project as a group has many remarks to it. Several things that went remarkably well were having the VC with the Indian students and the making of particular parts. As we discussed about the video conference in the collaboration, some notes still could be added to that. Some things that would have made the experience better is the fluency and speed of the interviews. Even though we eventually got to ask everything we wanted to ask, the amount of questions were still limited.
Eventually, we did not really got to work with the Indian students as we did not exchange our numbers and therefore could not strengthen a possible bond. What was quite disturbing is the fact that the Indian student of our topic (healthy life) have barely published anything on their website, this did have an impact on our project as a result. What was quite new and interesting is the fact that we got to know more about their country just through a conversation. We got to know things about their lifestyle, school, culture, families and much more.
The cooperation within our group was fairly bad. Certain tasks that were given, were either handed in much too late or not done correctly. Next time, working with other classmates would be the key to this problem or meeting outside school to work on the project is a solution. However, we did eventually got to hand in a final product even though it is not completely what we would like it to have been. Working on the parts themselves were very doable only if you got the hang of it. One assignment should be very much comprehended in order to correctly make it. India over all is a very interesting country as it has many differences in comparison with the Netherlands.
In short, we had a lot of fun working on this project regarding India. It made us learn a lot of new things about the country and our knowledge on it expanded tremendously. We also got a better insight as to how our grandparents and parents used to live, very interesting to do research about such things!
